Salary: $221,000–$299,000 USD

What you will do

• Shape the technical vision and execution of Paige, hirify.global's AI compensation analyst.
• Build the product end-to-end and take it to market with a team of engineers and data scientists.
• Lead 0->1 technical initiatives with high ambiguity from concept to production.
• Define primitives and patterns to drive technical alignment across teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building production systems.
• Deep hands-on expertise in LLMs, agentic architectures, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong product intuition to identify AI-solvable customer problems.
• Pragmatic engineering judgment for balancing speed and quality.
• Work authorization for the United States is required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
