Salary: €28,000–€44,000 a year

What you will do

• Support hirify.global's rapid growth by working on high-impact strategic projects and operational initiatives.
• Lead and assist in growth-related special projects with cross-functional and financial impact.
• Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure the successful execution of growth strategies and campaigns.
• Assist in key strategic growth projects, including performance analysis, data visualization, and strategic planning.
• Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth operations.
• Drive the execution of growth strategies, including improving and standardizing processes for greater operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or in a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to structure and manage data for efficient decision-making.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
