TL;DR

Principal Product Manager – Advertising (AI): Owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global Advertising’s Search Targeting products with an accent on delivering measurable ROI for advertisers while ensuring the right level of targeting and controls. Focus on designing solutions that enable advertisers to reach the right audiences in an evolving automation-first landscape and shaping internal practices and influencing industry standards.

Location: Must live within a 50-mile commute of a designated hirify.global office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location and expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: $139,900 – $296,400 per year.

What you will do

  • Develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for search targeting and controls across hirify.global’s ad ecosystem.
  • Represent the product to customers, deeply understand their needs, and champion those needs internally.
  • Navigate ambiguity, make tough prioritization decisions, and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to leverage insights and models that power precision targeting and safeguard brand trust at scale.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales, ensuring product launches drive adoption, transparency, and measurable advertiser impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience developing digital advertising products.
  • Experience in building large scale solutions.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Experience with digital advertising and search targeting.
