Copywriter (Performance Marketing): Creating and editing content for performance marketing channels, ensuring it’s optimised for social and Google ads with an accent on compelling narratives about hirify.global and its features. Focus on producing best-in-class messaging across a variety of growth channels and working closely with the Marketing and Design teams.

Location: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

Salary: PLN8,400 - PLN9,400 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

• Creating, editing, and proofreading content for performance marketing channels, ensuring it’s optimised for social and Google ads.
• Developing compelling narratives about hirify.global and our features.
• Producing best-in-class messaging across a variety of growth channels.
• Editing and proofreading copy to ensure accuracy and adherence to our style guide and tone of voice across markets.
• Working closely with the Marketing and Design teams to create stand-out content to deliver ‘Wow’ to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Exceptional writing, speaking, and editing skills
• 2+ years of experience in B2C marketing, advertising, or content creation
• An understanding of performance marketing and how to apply best practices in content creation
• The ability to produce high volumes of sharp, varied copy for multiple markets
• A flexible, self-starter mindset to manage workload, processes, and priorities independently

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing copywriting
• A basic understanding of keyword research
• Experience with paid media, such as Google Ads
