TL;DR

Account Development Manager: Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to identify expansion opportunities for the hirify.global product, with an accent on proactively engaging customers, understanding their goals, and providing tailored advice on best practices. Focus on managing the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, leveraging Salesforce, and maximizing customer lifetime value by unlocking product benefits.

Location: Hybrid in Prague (2-3 in-office days per week)

What you will do

  • Actively prospect into existing accounts via outbound calls.
  • Manage assigned accounts, inbound requests, trials, and leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including contract generation and closing.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales Engineers, and Marketing teams.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to share product expertise and best practices.
  • Maximize customer lifetime by helping them unlock the most product value.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 1+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen business sense to discover and understand customer business objectives and pain points.
