Corporate Security Engineer

TL;DR

Corporate Security Engineer: Leading initiatives in corporate environment and user safety with an accent on endpoint security, SaaS security posture management, identity & access management, and data-loss prevention. Focus on integrating security tools, policies, and processes into corporate systems and workflows, and driving data loss prevention programs.

Location: This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: 26,750–34,000 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP)

What you will do

• Lead initiatives in Endpoint Security, SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, and data-loss prevention.
• Collaborate closely with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to integrate security tools, policies, and processes into corporate systems and workflows.
• Design and build automation scripts and tools to streamline security workflows and enforce security policies at scale.
• Help drive Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and insider risk programs.
• Partner with Incident Manager and provide subject matter expertise for incident response.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Corporate Security or IT Security.
• Familiarity with IAM, endpoint security, and cloud security architectures.
• Strong understanding of security concepts including zero trust architecture, threat modeling, security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and CIS Controls.
• Experience writing and maintaining scripts in at least one language such as Python.
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, osQuery and EDR solutions.
