What you will do
- Gain a deep understanding of the French market to identify user and moderator pain points and opportunities.
- Cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow local volunteer moderators, and onboard external creators.
- Serve as a public face for local volunteer moderators to build trust and drive engagement.
- Innovate, iterate, and scale the international consumer growth playbook.
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize the international consumer growth playbook.
- Run reports, build dashboards, analyze data, and set KPIs to execute impactful community initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting experience.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of French culture and internet culture specific to France.
- Proficiency in English.
- Results-obsessed with outstanding execution and high attention to detail.
- Deep interest in developing and driving projects, testing hypotheses, and iterating on process improvements.
