What you will do

• Build, improve, and operate backend developer productivity infrastructure systems.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant solutions using modern cloud technology and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership to define and execute technical roadmaps.
• Manage large-scale Kubernetes clusters and custom workload controllers.
• Execute strategic initiatives to migrate source code infrastructure into the cloud.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal engineering teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven ability to design, build, scale, and operate large-scale, high-throughput infrastructure.
• Proficiency in writing high-quality, well-tested production code.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Must be based in the US to align with compensation and benefits structure.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang, Ruby, and AWS.
• Prior experience with operating or building on GitHub/GitHub Actions.
