• Build, improve, and operate backend developer productivity infrastructure services and systems.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant solutions for novel problems using modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership to translate product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap.
• Provide stellar customer support to internal engineers.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, building, scaling, and operating large-scale, high-throughput infrastructure.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and drive solutions.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang, Ruby, or AWS.
• Prior experience building on and operating GitHub/GitHub Actions.
