Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager: Responsible for operational planning, coordination, and tracking of work within complex design and technology projects, with an accent on ensuring transparency, structure, and reliable delivery in agile/SAFe environments. Focus on managing dependencies, risks, and timelines across interdisciplinary programs and aligning with client-side Release Train Engineers.

What you will do

• Overall planning of operational work across the program.
• Act as interface to the Release Train Engineer (RTE) on the client side.
• Coordinate Scrum Masters and ensure Jira and Confluence always reflect the actual state of work.
• Structure, maintain, and continuously update project information, tracking dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Ensure that planned work is delivered on time.
• Communicate status and progress transparently and align closely with the Program Lead in case of escalations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in agile/SAFe environments.
• Very strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in complex, interdisciplinary programs (design, UX, technology).
• Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with strong skills in coordination, transparency, and communication.
• Excellent English proficiency is required.
• Experience with complex, scaled product development or delivery programs.

Nice to have

• German language skills are a plus.
• Automotive & Mobility experience working with OEM, Tier1 or Agency/Consultancy.
• Automotive & HMI Experience (such as Android Automotive OS, infotainment, navigation, ADAS, HMI, connected services, mobility or other future mobility services) is an advantage.
