What you will do

  • Lead impactful initiatives to optimize and simplify Go-To-Market (GTM) processes.
  • Implement scalable processes across systems, ensuring adoption, efficiency, and thorough documentation.
  • Uncover new opportunities for automation and growth in the GTM tech stack.
  • Bridge the gap between sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to optimize workflows and enhance the customer journey.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to define challenges, prioritize solutions, and drive effective implementation.
  • Own data governance to ensure quality, compliance, and actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations within SaaS or similar industries, with a proven record of managing GTM strategies and tools.
  • Expertise in GTM tools, including CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms, data enrichment tools, and workflow automation.
  • Skilled in all project phases, from initiation to closure, with an eye for detail and execution excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to align operational improvements with overarching business goals (strategic thinking).
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights (analytical mindset).
  • Team-first mindset and strong communication skills to influence people across all levels and departments.
