Customer Success Operations Manager: Driving operational excellence and data-driven decision-making for a high-performing Customer Success organization with an accent on process standardization, tool optimization, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on analyzing customer data, building performance dashboards, and enabling data-driven strategies for retention, adoption, and growth.

Location: Hybrid role based in Copenhagen (Denmark), Stockholm (Sweden), Utrecht (Netherlands), or Oslo (Norway). hirify.global does not provide relocation support and candidates must have existing work authorization for the country where the role is located.

What you will do

  • Define, implement, and execute the Customer Success roadmap in collaboration with CS leadership.
  • Design, standardize, and scale operational processes to improve CSM productivity and customer outcomes.
  • Analyze customer, usage, and commercial data to identify trends, churn risks, and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and deliver performance dashboards and actionable insights for Customer Success and Executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on customer initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve Customer Success workflows, optimizing systems like HubSpot and related tools.

Requirements

  • Solid experience (3-5 years) in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Highly analytical with strong experience working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and CS tooling (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Structured problem-solver capable of building scalable processes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • English: C1+ proficiency required for clear and confident communication.
