What you will do

• Build software for large-scale quantitative research operations.
• Develop and optimize platforms driving the firm's portfolio production.
• Own unique technical challenges in scalable and efficient platform development.
• Research, design, code, test, and deploy firmwide platforms and tooling.
• Collaborate with researchers and portfolio managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of writing production-quality code in Python on Linux.
• Strong understanding and experience with Linux system programming fundamentals.
• Ability to develop large-scale, distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, high-performance application design, and concurrency patterns.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in C++.
• Interest and motivation to work with machine learning, deep learning, and backtesting platform design.
• Experience developing systems for managing and performing computation on large-scale graph data.
• Experience with streaming / dataflow systems.
