What you will do

• Build a deep understanding of the product domain, customer pain points, and user workflows across segments and personas.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog for your product area, defining product vision, objectives, and success measures.
• Ensure that solutions meaningfully solve customer and business problems through research, prototypes, and usability testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Design, and Applied Science to solve complex problems and navigate trade-offs.
• Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully enhance customer workflows, reduce manual effort, or unlock insights.
• Test new capabilities to ensure quality ahead of release, manage defect prioritization, and analyze product data to track key metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management at a technology company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience conducting discovery and usability testing to gather customer feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver meaningful features from concept through launch.
