Product Manager (Database)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Database): Building and optimizing operational database transformation programs, focusing on handling real-time and reference datasets and integrating data central to products. Focus on crafting optimized approaches for data management, ensuring complete data integration, and supporting the adoption of AI solutions for data management.

Location: This role is based at one of our offices: Gdynia (Poland), London (UK), Nottingham (UK), Bangalore (India), or Exeter (UK). We are open to discussing flexible work arrangements.

Salary: zł189,500 – zł315,900 annually (base salary, eligible for Annual Bonus Plan).

What you will do

• Develop and implement product roadmap for Vehicle data mastering.
• Drive strategic DBoR plans and ensure regulatory compliance for Vehicle data management.
• Lead Vehicle PermID adoption and integration across the business.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to build and test customized Vehicle data functions.
• Harmonize data processing methods and support AI solution adoption for data management.
• Train and mentor others in new data management approaches.

Requirements

• Strong logical thinking and understanding of development principles and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of real-time and reference infrastructure and data flows.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into tangible outcomes and analyze data effectively.
• Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of senior-level outcomes.
• Highly determined and self-motivated.
