Product Manager (Database)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Database/Data Processing Design): Leading the transformation of operational databases for real-time and reference data, with an accent on Vehicle Mastering and data integration. Focus on crafting optimized approaches for data handling, building interfaces, and adapting business domains to strategic decisions, including the adoption of AI solutions for data management.

Location: Must be based in one of the following locations: Gdynia (Poland), London (UK), Nottingham (UK), Exeter (UK), or Bangalore (India). The company is open to discussing flexible work arrangements.

Salary: zł205,600 – zł325,100 annually

What you will do

• Plan and implement the prioritised roadmap to deliver Vehicle Mastering.
• Contribute to the development and adoption of strategic DBoR plans.
• Support the adoption of future regulatory changes affecting Vehicle data management.
• Champion Vehicle PermID adoption and integration into the business.
• Work with Development and Engineering teams to write, validate, and test customized functions for Vehicle data.
• Harmonise data gathering and processing methods into single standard approaches across programmes, supporting AI solutions.

Requirements

• Logical thinking and strong understanding of development principles.
• Understanding of development strategies and methods of working such as Agile.
• Excellent knowledge about real-time and reference infrastructure and data flows.
• Ability to understand, build, and translate concepts into tangible outcomes.
• Practical skills to analyse data and present information in the most appropriate way to explain and influence others.
• Excellent collaboration skills with proven practical outcomes at a senior level.
