Tangem is a high-tech company in the blockchain sector, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, with branches in North America, Eastern Europe, and APAC.

We are looking for an experienced B2B Specialist to expand Tangem cold wallet distribution through strategic partnerships and alternative sales channels worldwide.

Responsibilities:
• Drive B2B sales through partnerships with:
1. Vending machine operators
2. Companies using Tangem as branded merchandise
3. Corporations offering Tangem wallets as employee benefits (collaborating with HR and procurement teams)
• Own the full business development cycle: lead generation, outreach, video calls, negotiations, contract signing, and partner activation
• Develop tailored sales strategies for different B2B segments
• Collaborate with marketing on co-branded initiatives
• Identify new distribution channels, resellers, and strategic opportunities

Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably physical products or hardware
• Experience building partnerships from scratch
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• English proficiency C1/C2 (written and spoken)
• Self-starter with strong ownership mindset
• Ability to manage multiple partners and deals simultaneously
