Location: Poznań, Poland (hybrid format, with 4 weeks/year remote flexibility)

Salary: B2B: 20,000–28,000 PLN + VAT per month; Employee Contract: 16,600–23,200 PLN per month

What you will do

• Design and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop robust backend services primarily in Elixir and Node.js.
• Maintain UI components using TypeScript/React/Angular for integration configuration.
• Debug production issues and improve monitoring for integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, and Design teams.

Requirements

• Solid experience building backend services, with Elixir being a must.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React (or comparable frameworks).
• Strong engineering mindset focusing on reliability and observability.
• Fluent in both English and Polish languages.
