Pega Senior Developer (Fintech): Building and optimizing enterprise-scale solutions based on the Pega platform for a financial project with an accent on complex business processes, integrations, and performance-critical applications. Focus on designing user stories, collaborating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting application issues within an Agile/SAFe environment.

Location: Hybrid work in Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, Poland (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1100 - 1250 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Design and develop user stories based on business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Scrum Leads and stakeholders to refine requirements and solution approaches.
• Participate in design reviews with Lead System Architects and implement feedback.
• Create technical and design documentation.
• Develop and execute test cases, including performance testing.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identifying bugs, bottlenecks, and performance problems.
• Support integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP services.

Requirements

• Pega CSSA Certification is required.
• Minimum 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega.
• Strong understanding of Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise application design and development.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and practical experience with Pega AI.
• Experience with Java and SQL for integration scenarios.
