Salary: 26,000–32,000 PLN + VAT on B2B (monthly)

What you will do

• Build the next-generation quoting platform to power the pre-bind experience for internal and external partners, driving business growth.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to drive meaningful projects from concept to delivery.
• Architect and implement backends, managing interactions with various data stores and third-party APIs.
• Design, build, and maintain reliable software solutions that power critical parts of the business.
• Actively shape software architecture and contribute expertise to technical discussions.
• Balance maintaining existing systems with developing new features, ensuring stability while pushing innovation.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on software development experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Solid, practical knowledge of at least one relational database system (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
• Product-minded engineer with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions.
• Experience with microservices, system design patterns, and contributing to architecture and design decisions.
• Strong command of English and Polish.
• Available to work in the afternoon hours, including occasional evening meetings due to U.S. time zone collaboration.
