What you will do

• Build products that improve users' lives (75k unique daily users).
• Lead architecture discussions and drive system design, data modeling, and service reliability.
• Own projects end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Define and champion technical direction, standards, and best practices.
• Mentor developers and provide feedback on technical designs and merge requests; lead AI tool adoption strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and building resilient and highly scalable applications.
• Experience mentoring and coaching less experienced engineers.
• Ability to operate independently, make sound architectural decisions, and deliver in fast-moving environments.
• Product-first mindset with a focus on delivering business and user value.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
