Location: Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office in Warsaw, Poland). Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Poland.

Salary: 15,000–27,000 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Implement new and support existing features for operations and support tools.
• Participate in development activities such as code review and release processes.
• Contribute to team activities including planning, retrospectives, and team buildings.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and QA specialists.
• Support services in production, including incident management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial web development.
• Proficiency in Python (Web) and Django development.
• Good knowledge of RDBMS.
• Ability to read, understand, and extend complex existing codebases.
• Strong debugging skills, including profiling and identifying logic issues.
• Demonstrated responsibility, self-sufficiency, and critical thinking.
• Good spoken and written English (B2 level and higher).
• Legal authorization to work in Poland at the time of application.

Nice to have

• Experience in code optimization.
• Familiarity with technologies like Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), DRF.
• Experience with Key-value databases and Message Queues.
• Mentorship skills.
