Location: Remote Poland. The majority of roles can be located anywhere in Poland.

Salary: 205,000 zł - 285,000 zł per year.

Requirements

• Previous work or internship experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with building blocks of distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in taking a simple problem or business scenario into a solution that interacts with multiple software components, and executing on it by writing clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
• Comfortable navigating a large code base, debugging others' code, and providing feedback to other engineers through code reviews.
• Demonstrated ownership of your growth, proactively seeking feedback from your team, manager, and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that support effective collaboration with our global engineering team.
