What you will do

• Lead the architectural vision and strategy for SN Digital.
• Map existing architecture, analyze capability gaps, and create a plan for architectural evolution.
• Establish technical standards and ways of working for software development.
• Collaborate with engineering, product teams, and stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Provide architectural guidance and support to product and business stakeholders.
• Foster a safe and collaborative technical community, promoting knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience in software development.
• Knowledge of software and system architecture with a desire to grow in this area.
• Proactive and autonomous approach to identifying, investigating, and solving problems.
• Enjoy mentoring, supporting others, and growing an engineering community.
• Experience working in an agile environment with shared code and production ownership.
• Comfortable with pair programming, trunk-based development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
• Experience working with non-developers to create creative solutions.
• Comfortable engaging with remote colleagues and teams using remote working practices.
• Good command of English for effective communication and collaboration.
