What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable architectural designs.
• Lead architectural discussions within the delivery team, providing guidance during user story definition and planning.
• Design and document end-to-end solutions, including system architecture, data flow, integration, and security.
• Develop proof of concepts and prototypes to validate architectural decisions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices.
• Review code and technical implementations, ensuring alignment with architectural designs and high code quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, coupled with proven leadership in guiding technical teams.
• Strong understanding and proficiency in multiple programming languages relevant to team's projects.
• Extensive experience with system architecture, design patterns, and software development best practices.
• Proven experience with designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, microservices architecture, and modern development methodologies.
