What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable, reliable software systems supporting ML use cases.
• Own production services end-to-end, from design and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
• Promote software engineering best practices, including clean code and architecture patterns.
• Build APIs, services, and data pipelines specifically for ML systems.
• Implement MLOps workflows focused on automation, reproducibility, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to integrate models into production.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven track record of building production-grade systems and distributed architectures.
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and production monitoring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Winterthur once per week or availability to travel if based outside Switzerland.
