What you will do

• Support the Technical Lifecycle Lead in evolving CRM setup across email, push, and in-app channels.
• Implement technical lifecycle projects, integrations, and automations for scalable, automation-first solutions.
• Own end-to-end email deliverability and inbox placement, managing sender reputation and list hygiene.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across CRM platforms, debugging event tracking, data flow, and personalization.
• Maintain universal and deep links across all channels, partnering with mobile engineers.
• Apply AI tools to automate journeys, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency.
• Document technical processes and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge in CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation with a strong technical focus.
• Hands-on experience building campaigns and flows in tools like Iterable, Braze, or Klaviyo.
• Proven ownership of email deliverability and inbox placement.
• Strong understanding of email infrastructure, event-based architectures, customer data models, and segmentation.
• Experience with deep linking, mobile lifecycle flows, and in-app messaging.
• Comfort translating business requirements into technical solutions and a strong troubleshooting mindset.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and how they can support lifecycle workflows.
• English: C1+ required (fluent).
