Location: This position is based in Gurugram, India. Shift Timings: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST. The role uses a hybrid model, blending home with in-office experiences.

What you will do

• Become an expert on standard hirify.global products from a technical perspective to support Client Focus In-market teams.
• Establish trustful relationships and execute operational tasks related to client’s business objectives.
• Execute the implementation of new features and products.
• Troubleshoot standard product issues and propose ways forward.
• Participate in improving and developing new tools and processes for global efficiency.
• Identify bugs, report them, and collaborate with escalation and R&D teams for resolution.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both spoken & written.
• Engineering or technical background with a computer science related degree.
• Experience in reviewing and debugging code in HTML, JavaScript, XML, SQL.
• Experience collaborating with internal clients.
• Ability to prioritize and execute a large number of tasks and resolve issues quickly.
• Problem-solving and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
