What you will do

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to lead development of new user-centric initiatives.
• Contribute to designing reliable, maintainable, and scalable systems for millions of users globally.
• Integrate and leverage AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3) to build modern, serverless solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with product managers, designers, data experts, and content teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term reliability.
• Foster constructive discussions, share knowledge, and help resolve obstacles to contribute to team success.

Requirements

• Product mindset: proven ability to translate user needs into impactful features.
• Strong experience designing and building scalable backend systems in Python.
• Solid understanding of API design and system architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud services, especially AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFormation).
• Experience with relational databases like Postgres and ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
• Strong English communication skills for an international, agile team.
