Salary: £59,850–£66,500

What you will do

• Contribute to shaping and executing the strategic roadmap for Loans.
• Support development of business cases, investment proposals, and growth plans.
• Influence proposition design and commercial decisions using customer, market, and competitor insight.
• Ensure robust risk management and compliance with key regulations.
• Work closely with Product, Pricing, and Platform teams for effective proposition delivery.
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to inform decisions and unlock innovation.

Requirements

• Strong consumer insight capability to interpret customer needs and inform proposition development.
• Strategic and commercial thinking for evaluating market dynamics and shaping recommendations.
• Experience in transformation and digital enablement, understanding how technology, platforms, and AI drive outcomes.
• Practical experience applying agile methodologies to deliver change and respond to evolving priorities.
• Ability to assimilate complex information and make clear, evidenced recommendations.
• Skilled collaborator and communicator, effective at influencing stakeholders and aligning teams.
• Work format: Hybrid, requiring 40% (two days per week) in office.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Chester, Manchester, Halifax, or Leeds, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience working with platform teams in delivering change or enhancing digital journeys.
• Retail banking experience, particularly in unsecured lending or consumer finance.
• Exposure to developing strategy within a Loans, Credit, or lending domain.
