What you will do

  • Own and shape the strategy for workplace transactional communications, aligning it with divisional and business priorities.
  • Manage and prioritise the communications backlog, ensuring clear requirements and delivery alignment.
  • Communicate with stakeholders confidently and clearly, ensuring shared understanding of progress, risks, and assumptions.
  • Evaluate and improve customer experience by applying insight, data analytics, and Consumer Duty principles.
  • Drive agile ways of working across the communications programme, tracking delivery metrics and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Coach and support colleagues to build agile capability, encouraging self-organisation and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar agile delivery role.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles, frameworks, and team-level delivery practices.
  • Ability to interpret and use customer insight, analytics, and MI to inform decision-making.
  • Confidence engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of customer journey design and customer-centric communication approaches.
  • Understanding of pensions, savings, or investment products (or willingness to quickly build expertise).
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA or equivalent for backlog and sprint management.
