What you will do

  • Own and shape the strategy for workplace transactional communications.
  • Manage and prioritize the communications backlog, defining clear requirements.
  • Guide user story creation, acceptance criteria, and definition of done for agile delivery.
  • Communicate confidently with stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of progress.
  • Evaluate and improve customer experience using insights, data analytics, and Consumer Duty principles.
  • Drive agile ways of working, track delivery metrics, and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar agile delivery role.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles, frameworks, and team-level delivery practices.
  • Ability to interpret and use customer insight, analytics, and MI to inform decision-making.
  • Confidence engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of customer journey design and customer-centric communication approaches.
  • Understanding of pensions, savings, or investment products (or willingness to quickly build expertise).
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA or equivalent for backlog and sprint management.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to coach and support others.
