TL;DR

Solutions Consultant (AI): Helping customers integrate hirify.global's AI-powered platform and maximize value, with an accent on technical scoping, workflow implementation, and AI-driven automation. Focus on translating business needs into scalable solutions and acting as a technical expert for customer acquisition and retention.

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands. Opportunity to work abroad for 2 months per year.

What you will do

  • Lead technical scoping sessions with customers and propose scalable solutions.
  • Translate business needs into hirify.global features, use cases, and value-added solutions.
  • Guide customers through complex workflows, integrations, and automation within hirify.global.
  • Act as the go-to technical expert, supporting both customers and internal teams.
  • Work closely with Technical Support to execute solutions or resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Develop best practices and scalable workflows to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting).
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with AI-powered solutions and their application in customer communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative attitude, with a hands-on mindset and ownership mentality.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.

Nice to have

  • Experience with scripting and coding.
  • Experience with helpdesk, ticketing, or messaging platforms.
  • Prior experience working with customer engagement AI solutions.
