What you will do
- Lead technical scoping sessions with customers and propose scalable solutions.
- Translate business needs into hirify.global features, use cases, and value-added solutions.
- Guide customers through complex workflows, integrations, and automation within hirify.global.
- Act as the go-to technical expert, supporting both customers and internal teams.
- Work closely with Technical Support to execute solutions or resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Develop best practices and scalable workflows to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting).
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment.
- Experience with APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with AI-powered solutions and their application in customer communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative attitude, with a hands-on mindset and ownership mentality.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting and coding.
- Experience with helpdesk, ticketing, or messaging platforms.
- Prior experience working with customer engagement AI solutions.
