Focus on providing architectural direction, coaching Business Architects and Solution Architects, and ensuring the reliability and long-term resilience of the bank.

Location: Hybrid work in Utrecht, Netherlands

Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 10,127 and EUR 14,467

What you will do

• Develop a future-proof ALM architecture by aligning strategy, processes, data, and technology for Treasury and Risk & Finance.
• Safeguard the integration of Treasury ALM within the Risk & Finance architecture by implementing architectural principles, guidelines, and frameworks.
• Lead and coach a diverse group of Business Architects and Solution Architects, providing direction on modernization initiatives and improving ALM capabilities.
• Translate business needs into clear architectural choices.
• Build bridges between people, domains, and perspectives—ensuring alignment across strategies, processes, data, technology, and teams spanning Risk & Finance, W&R Markets, and beyond.

Requirements

• Academic working and thinking level with 10+ years of architectural experience in IT and financial services with banking experience being a strong advantage.
• Experience with balance sheet, liquidity or interest rate risk management in large organizations.
• Experience with architecture methods and tooling.
• Coaching leadership style and strong communicator, with demonstrable managing (HR) experience.
