What you will do
- Build the global marketing strategy using game, market & consumer data and product insights.
- Coordinate and execute go-to-market plans with cross-functional teams, ensuring all tactics have clear KPIs.
- Act as the global "source of truth" for the brand, coordinating local teams' engagement across regions.
- Lead the production of diverse creative assets and activations (key visuals, trailers) with internal/external agencies.
- Leverage owned and earned channels to maximize asset impact and coordinate paid media campaigns.
- Manage budgets and production schedules for creative content.
Requirements
- Strong marketing experience as a Brand Manager, with contributions to major go-to-market campaigns.
- Comfort working in an international context and navigating complex, multi-national organizations.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Rigorous, tactful, creative, and possessing good communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, anticipate problems, and marshal resources to achieve project goals.
- Experience working with key internal teams at all levels and mastering hirify.global processes.
