Focus on coordinating global teams, leading creative asset production, and maximizing impact through owned, earned, and paid channels.

Location: Office-based in Paris, France (Saint Mandé)

What you will do

  • Build the global marketing strategy using game, market & consumer data and product insights.
  • Coordinate and execute go-to-market plans with cross-functional teams, ensuring all tactics have clear KPIs.
  • Act as the global "source of truth" for the brand, coordinating local teams' engagement across regions.
  • Lead the production of diverse creative assets and activations (key visuals, trailers) with internal/external agencies.
  • Leverage owned and earned channels to maximize asset impact and coordinate paid media campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and production schedules for creative content.

Requirements

  • Strong marketing experience as a Brand Manager, with contributions to major go-to-market campaigns.
  • Comfort working in an international context and navigating complex, multi-national organizations.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Rigorous, tactful, creative, and possessing good communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, anticipate problems, and marshal resources to achieve project goals.
  • Experience working with key internal teams at all levels and mastering hirify.global processes.
