What you will do

• Maintain marketing systems and databases, including Notion pages, digital reports, and case study repositories.
• Work with marketing budget owners to update the budget dashboard.
• Build marketing collateral like presentations and brochures for internal and external commercial purposes.
• Monitor and update website content via CMS (Hubspot) in collaboration with the Lead Designer.
• Support the Director of Events with conference and event logistics and reporting.
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing strategies.
• Coordinate marketing team events, transversal meetings, and monthly newsletters.
• Monitor and improve marketing performance across website, social media, and prior campaigns.
• Coordinate cold campaigns strategy, tools, and end-to-end management.
• Manage community engagement on social media, ensuring consistent posting and optimizing presence on platforms like Twitter.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate course for marketing, communications, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with marketing CMS and social media platforms.
• Experience with planning and executing events.
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a passion for marketing.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities.
