Head of People Operations: Strengthening and scaling People Operations by building solid people foundations across a global company with an accent on global payroll, compensation, benefits, and performance management. Focus on designing and implementing people programmes, improving processes, and ensuring HR compliance across regions.
Location: Hybrid, must be based in Singapore

What you will do
- Own and manage global payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Continuously improve performance management frameworks and support managers.
- Lead global internal events, recognition programs, and cultural initiatives.
- Develop career frameworks, progression paths, and implement training programmes.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and manage the HR budget.
- Ensure HR compliance with local labour laws and report on key people metrics.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of HR experience with strong ownership of HR operations and people programmes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore labour law, statutory obligations, and regulatory requirements (MOM, CPF, tax, work passes/visas).
- Experience in a tech start-up or high-growth environment, including designing processes from scratch.
- Experience working with international, remote, and distributed teams.
- Strong ability to partner with C-suite leaders and team leads to understand business needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
