What you will do

• Own and manage global payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Continuously improve performance management frameworks and support managers.
• Lead global internal events, recognition programs, and cultural initiatives.
• Develop career frameworks, progression paths, and implement training programmes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and manage the HR budget.
• Ensure HR compliance with local labour laws and report on key people metrics.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of HR experience with strong ownership of HR operations and people programmes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore labour law, statutory obligations, and regulatory requirements (MOM, CPF, tax, work passes/visas).
• Experience in a tech start-up or high-growth environment, including designing processes from scratch.
• Experience working with international, remote, and distributed teams.
• Strong ability to partner with C-suite leaders and team leads to understand business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
