What you will do
- Handle monthly payroll inputs, reconcile variances, and manage JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) records.
- Manage SG statutory compliance including CPF, IRAS, and MOM filings.
- Oversee office operations, vendor SLAs, and budget stewardship for supplies.
- Plan and execute team rituals, townhalls, and external meetups for up to 40 people.
- Optimize office layout, asset tracking, and workplace safety checks.
- Maintain PDPA-compliant personnel files and version-controlled documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Office/HR Administration.
- Must have hands-on experience with Singapore statutory filings (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
- Proficiency with HRIS tools (e.g., PayBoy, BambooHR, HiBob) and Google Workspace.
- Proven track record in payroll input accuracy and managing statutory deadlines.
- Experience in vendor management, SLA tracking, and budget control.
- Knowledge of PDPA records management and version control.
