Salary: $115,000–$135,000 USD (Zone 1 - Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Washington, DC)

What you will do

• Review, analyze, and advise on parent company/enterprise-level communications and third-party advertising for compliance with guidelines.
• Conduct principal-level review and approval of communications to ensure adherence to regulatory laws and firm standards.
• Guide internal stakeholders on compliance for enterprise-level projects and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to provide early advice on communication campaigns and strategies.
• Draft practical guidelines for internal clients to ensure regulatory and firm compliance.
• Develop and implement process and system improvements to increase quality, effectiveness, and scalability.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a legal or compliance role within the financial services industry.
• 5+ years of experience in communications compliance or a related function supporting public-facing content.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, including FTC, SEC, FINRA, CFTC, FCA, or similar requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide clear, practical guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex compliance projects independently.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Content, Research, and Engineering teams.
• Must be based in or commute to Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, or Washington, DC for in-person attendance at least 3 days per week.
