What you will do
- Support end-to-end coordination of national and regional US events, from planning through on-site execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including regional managers and the global marketing team.
- Travel between Mexico and the United States approximately 30–50% of the time during event seasons.
- Maintain event trackers, budgets, timelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate basic event-related content, such as social media posts, speaker briefs, and run-of-show documents.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, field marketing, or a related role.
- Experience supporting events from planning through execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English (minimum B2 level in written and spoken English).
- Based in Mexico City with availability to travel to the United States.
- Valid personal visa allowing travel to the US.

- Experience working with international teams or US-based stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media coordination or content workflows.
