What you will do

• Collaborate with the Research Operations team and UX Research and Design leadership.
• Manage participant panels and vendor relationships using secure, cloud-based systems.
• Audit research tools and processes to identify optimization opportunities for global teams.
• Develop and maintain compliance guidance for remote research activities, including data privacy.
• Design and implement changes to support democratized research in a virtual environment.
• Deliver virtual training programs and manage knowledge management initiatives for research insights.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Research Operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex operational processes in a remote-first environment.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).
• Excellent organizational, project management, time management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation, training, and stakeholder updates.
• Comfort working with research tooling and knowledge management systems.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis for operational health metrics.
• Background as a UX researcher.
• Technical skills such as building automations, working with AI, APIs, and data hygiene practices.
• Experience working in agile environments using issue tracking tools.
