What you will do

• Design, implement, and deliver scalable AI-centric software systems.
• Drive the development of agentic AI capabilities for identifying vulnerabilities and automating penetration testing.
• Lead end-to-end development of product features from ideation to production deployment.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-enabled systems, promoting effective SDLC practices.
• Lead technical discussions and code reviews to elevate the team’s technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into systems and applications.

Requirements

• Experience in distributed systems and backend software engineering.
• Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and MCP.
• Excellent understanding of token usage and LLM cost optimization.
• Expert-level knowledge of Go and hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong experience with microservices, REST API design, gRPC, unit testing, and BDD testing.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in cybersecurity or offensive security tools.
