What you will do

• Own and drive end-to-end growth initiatives, measuring impact on key metrics.
• Design and implement experimentation frameworks for reliable measurement and fast iteration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams.
• Leverage data and AI to personalize user experiences and optimize engagement.
• Ensure growth experiments are production-quality, performant, secure, and maintainable.
• Act as a technical leader in growth, influencing roadmap and mentoring others.
• Architect and build scalable systems for onboarding, personalization, and viral loops.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant product ownership.
• Strong full-stack experience, including JavaScript/Typescript, React, RoR, Node.js, Python, Databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Proven ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Practical experience using AI/LLMs to accelerate development, build product features, and improve productivity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience on a growth, product-led, or experimentation team.
• Background at a startup or scaling product.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers in ambiguous problem spaces.
