What you will do
- Own and drive end-to-end growth initiatives, measuring impact on key metrics.
- Design and implement experimentation frameworks for reliable measurement and fast iteration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams.
- Leverage data and AI to personalize user experiences and optimize engagement.
- Ensure growth experiments are production-quality, performant, secure, and maintainable.
- Act as a technical leader in growth, influencing roadmap and mentoring others.
- Architect and build scalable systems for onboarding, personalization, and viral loops.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant product ownership.
- Strong full-stack experience, including JavaScript/Typescript, React, RoR, Node.js, Python, Databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Proven ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Practical experience using AI/LLMs to accelerate development, build product features, and improve productivity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience on a growth, product-led, or experimentation team.
- Background at a startup or scaling product.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers in ambiguous problem spaces.
