Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (AI): Building the next generation of intelligent consumer experiences and devices, combining advanced hardware, connectivity, and AI to create seamless everyday experiences with an accent on LLM products and open-source LLM projects. Focus on creating, implementing, optimizing, and debugging code to improve performance and maintainability of AI systems.

Location: Must be based in Beijing, China. Expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements for a scenario.
• Drive identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for products.
• Create, implement, optimize, debug, refactor, and reuse code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Leverage subject-matter expertise to drive project and release plans.
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guide other engineers.
• Proactively seek new knowledge to improve availability, reliability, efficiency, and performance of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to commute to the office in Beijing, China, at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience.
• Familiarity with open-source projects like Dify/CrewAI or experience contributing to other open-source LLM projects.
