What you will do
- Lead engagement with end users and clients to identify and deliver solutions for core functional areas and user experiences.
- Define product requirements by writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for software engineers.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product feature development from conception to launch, including testing and iteration.
- Own the product roadmap for specific features or segments of the platform, determining prioritization and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and align product vision and strategy.
- Monitor the performance of product features post-launch and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably within fintech, wealth management, or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Expertise with QA testing, comfort with leveraging SQL, and ability to generate conclusions based on data.
- Proven track record of managing technical teams and projects, organizing requests and prioritizing.
- Experience with agile methodologies and a customer-centric approach to gather insights and feedback.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage executive management for ideas and resolutions.
