What you will do

• Champion and implement SRE culture to maintain a reliable and performant network infrastructure in hirify.global SaaS products.
• Design and implement secure, redundant, fault-tolerant networks, understanding networking protocols and elements.
• Choose and configure common network elements (load balancers, firewalls, DNS) and provision routing paths.
• Define, lead the implementation, and maintain SaaS product network monitoring and alerting to prevent client impacting issues.
• Identify and remediate network issues, perform thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and serve as a senior escalation point.
• Automate everything, including system operational runbooks, and participate in 24/7 on-call duties.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of common networking protocols (IP, TCP/IP, ICMP, DNS, DHCP, ARP, SSL, TLS) and network issue diagnosis.
• Strong experience configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Palo Alto firewalls and Silverpeak SDWANs.
• Strong experience with network capture tools (e.g., Wireshark) for traffic analysis.
• 5+ years experience with cloud (Azure) product network design and network element configuration.
• 5+ years experience writing scripts in PowerShell or Python/Bash to automate system operations.
• Strong DevOps focus and experience building and deploying Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Experience with containerization and managing Kubernetes clusters (AKS or EKS).
• English: B2 required
• Work authorization: Must be able to work in the US
