What you will do

• Supervise in-house, outsourced, and offsite QA groups effectively across multiple project needs.
• Build, track, and coordinate day-to-day and short-to-medium term test schedules.
• Provide clear direction and expectations, and manage team performance, including evaluations and coaching.
• Provide strategic oversight of the project database, ensuring high-quality bug documentation and data-driven insights.
• Communicate risks, track progress of deliverables, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, championing process updates, and encouraging innovation.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5+ years in a QA leadership role with a proven track record of performance management.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workloads across multiple individuals or projects.
• Demonstrated success in driving team outcomes, meeting deadlines, and supporting operational goals.
• Familiarity with conflict resolution methods and navigating interpersonal challenges.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, using metrics or qualitative insights to guide actions.
• Proven background in Test processes and procedures and an understanding of the game development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills in reviewing design-related information and interpreting areas of risk in testing.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hiring and staffing processes, including interviewing and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of organizational policies, HR guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Copilot.
• BS in Computer Science or previous experience in Test Automation.
