Salary: $70,000–$90,000

What you will do

• Coordinate daily testing priorities and assignments for timely, thorough test execution.
• Support and coach junior QA Analysts to improve test accuracy, efficiency, and bug quality.
• Translate feature specifications and user stories into actionable test cases and coverage plans.
• Execute assigned testing, including regression, feature, and hotfix validation.
• Champion quality and communication by identifying risks and documenting defects clearly.
• Track pod-level QA metrics and recommend improvements to reduce retests and improve turnaround time.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on QA experience in mobile or game development, with at least 1 year in a lead or senior role.
• Proven ability to coordinate small QA teams and manage testing across multiple features or releases.
• Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and reporting for F2P mobile games.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience testing Unity-based mobile titles.
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or other test management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of QA metrics.
• Prior experience working in pod-based or cross-functional team structures.
