What you will do

• Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to develop advanced analytics and AI solutions.
• Translate business challenges into analytical problems and build machine learning models.
• Deploy statistical and ML algorithms to deliver tangible business impact.
• Contribute to internal tools, R&D projects, and attend leading conferences.
• Lead the design and deployment of advanced machine learning and AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related technical fields.
• 2–5+ years of professional experience applying machine learning and data mining.
• Programming experience with SQL and Python’s Data Science stack.
• Strong understanding of machine learning methods.
• Ability to prototype and deploy statistical and machine learning algorithms.
• Strong communication skills in English are required.
• Must be based in London.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of at least one big data framework (e.g., PySpark, Hive, Hadoop).
• Experience deploying ML/AI technologies into production.
• Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic systems.
