What you will do

• Aggregate 3rd party and internal data into a financial ownership data lake.
• Design, build, and maintain performant PostgreSQL queries and datastores for financial data.
• Design, build, and maintain well-tested, production-ready Python HTTP APIs and pipelines.
• Develop clear and efficient interfaces for data analysis, supporting internal and external clients.
• Work with clients to expand product features focused on investment alpha generation.
• Take ownership of features from conception to deployment, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements

• SQL and data processing experience.
• Experience with scalable data pipeline development.
• Proven ability to build effective programmatic interfaces.
• Experience with PostgreSQL query performance optimization and relational databases.
• Experience with Python web API development and automated testing.
• Understanding of data quality, integrity, and performance.
• Hands-on experience with financial data sources (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).

Nice to have

• Experience with Single Page Application web UI development.
• Experience with bitemporal record keeping.
