What you will do

• Develop social media strategies for key clients to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Translate overarching strategic communication plans into effective social media marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with departments across the agency to develop the best work and support client needs.
• Proactively bring recommendations and ideas to agency partners and client leads.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with broader strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

• Experienced social strategist in a social-first agency.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and tools.
• Demonstrated experience in developing social media strategies and implementing successful campaigns.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize time and internal resources.
• Good knowledge of popular culture and social media news.
• Computer literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social analytical tools.
