What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to set and develop metrics to support business decisions and needs.
• Act as a strategic consultant with stakeholders to develop strategies and drive direct business value with analytics.
• Architect and build out relevant data pipelines and data models to support downstream data needs.
• Host regular data-focused presentations and syncs covering your stakeholder’s areas for improvements or interest.
• Create and maintain reports, visualizations, and dashboards to monitor business metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building and managing downstream data environments (pipelines, models).
• Experience running a client analytics portfolio, including regular business reviews and strategic insights meetings.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Experience with Python.
• Proficient in data visualizations (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Databricks.
• Previous experience with DBT.
• Previous experience working with finance data.
