Location: Kaunas, Vilnius. Hybrid work with 2 days in the office recommended but not enforced.

Salary: €3,433 - €4,650 gross per month

What you will do

• Architect and build scalable and reliable financial data models in dbt/BigQuery/Looker.
• Implement data quality checks and controls to increase reliability and consistency of controlling and reporting operations.
• Own existing & extend monitoring and observability for critical pipelines.
• Investigate incidents end-to-end, perform root-cause analysis, and ship fixes that prevent repeat failures.
• Translate Finance needs into clear technical delivery by gathering requirements.
• Drive adoption and correct usage by writing practical documentation.

Requirements

• Background in Financial Reporting, Controlling, Accounting, or a closely related area.
• Hands-on experience in Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering (typically around 2 years).
• Strong SQL skills, including writing readable, maintainable queries.
• Hands-on dbt experience, including building obvious, well-tested and performant models.
• Understanding of common data architectures and data modeling concepts.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken), with a habit of documenting decisions and changes clearly.
